Residence Porta Saragozza is a lovely, well-located apartment building on a popular street adjacent to the central area of the city.
Depending on the number of people and the space available, we offer different rental solutions.
All houses are provided with linen, cleaning service and the comforts one usually enjoys at home: free WiFi, TV with Pay TV, Mediaset Premium Gallery and football.

Our flats are comfortable, well-furnished, functional and quiet to give our guests the feeling of being at home, in a corner of peace and tranquillity and to fully enjoy the hospitality of Bologna, a city with great historical, cultural and culinary traditions.
All flats have a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with all kitchenware, allowing you to cook to your heart's content. 
Suites
For those who love comfort or need more space, we offer recently renovated suites with fine finishes and furnishings.
These are very large three-room suites in 4 different versions, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. In the Maggiore Suite you also have the option of enjoying a large terrace complete with outdoor furniture.

Cleaning
Once a week, the flats are cleaned with a change of linen and towels.
Reception
Reception service available to guests from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Garage
A covered garage with assigned parking space and daily, weekly and monthly rates is available on the premises
Useful information
All accommodations feature high-quality, functional furnishings.
The price includes utilities (electricity, gas and water), the services listed above and final cleaning.
For those arriving by car there is also a garage (for a fee) which gives direct access to the residence.
In the Maggiore Suite, there is a furnished terrace of about 100 square metres.
Animals are welcome and their stay is free of charge.
