15% DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY STAYS IN AUGUST

We offer a 15% discount on all our apartments for the entire month of August for those spending their summer holidays in the beautiful city of Bologna and its surroundings.

10% DISCOUNT FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, AND EPIPHANY STAYS

From December 15th to January 15th, we offer a 10% discount on the standard rate for all our apartments.

COMPLIMENTARY GARAGE PARKING

For stays of 6 months or longer, covered parking in our garage will be offered free of charge.

Offers for hospital admissions

Our residence is located 2 km from the Ospedale Maggiore, 2 km from the Sant'Orsola/Malpighi Hospital and 2 km from the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute.

We offer flats for up to 6 people with special rates for hospitalisation stays. The rate includes utilities, household linen, weekly cleaning with change of sheets, TV.
